Case 1

Case History:

Female age 28;  Three permanent front teeth never developed;  Baby teeth extracted by another dentist at age 26;  Client had a removable partial denture replacing front teeth.

Treatment:

Two permanent porcelain bonded bridges to replace missing teeth fitted.

 

Case 2

Case History:

Female age 31;  Client had four front teeth extracted at age 16 due to neglect and decay;  Previous dentist replaced teeth with removable partial denture from age 17.

Treatment:

Permanent porcelain bonded six unit bridge to replace lost teeth fitted.

 

Case 3

Case History:

Female age 49;  General neglect and lack of dental knowledge caused this lady’s teeth to deteriorate.

Treatment:

Permanent metal free all porcelain crowns on four front teeth plus general cleaning and polishing of old fillings.

 

Case 4

Case History:

Female age 54;  Two front teeth overlapping and discoloured.

Treatment:

Two metal free all porcelain crowns placed to realign and shape natural teeth and change colour.

 

Case 5

Case History:

Male age 38;  Client complained about general appearance and colour of front teeth.

Treatment:

Eight metal free all porcelain crowns fitted to change shape, size and colour of upper front teeth.

 

Case 6

Case History:

Male age 78;  Front teeth worn and discoloured due to grinding.

Treatment:

Upper teeth:  Bonded bridge and crowns placed.

Lower teeth:  Ceramic all porcelain crowns placed.
